Shelby-Rising City's 6-12 Principal, Mr. Bobolz held this year's first recognition rally for students who are excelling in the classroom. During the rally, students were recognized for achievements at the Nebraska State Fair, students of the month were selected, and PBIS winners were drawn.
The September students of the month were first nominated by teachers and staff and then were voted on. This month's students who excelled in the classroom and were recognized are as follows:
6th Grade - Kreyton Zimmerman
7th Grade - Trinity Prokupek
8th Grade - Aubree Siffring
9th Grade - Payton Sliva
10th Grade - Fischer White
11th Grade - Kira Pavlik
12th Grade - Bailey Belt
Congratulations to each student who received a student of the month certificate and T-shirt!
Finally, three middle school students and two high school students were drawn at random as PBIS winners. Middle school winners will receive a fast pass at lunch and high school winners will be the BARK Park spots! The winners in the middle school are Landon Sliva, Ethan Fjell, and Riley Osantowski. The high school parking spot winners for the month of September are Rowdy Truksa and Tori Perry!
