Mission, Vision & Goals

  1. Review our goals & set for the school year

  2. Any items that we are initiate or purchase; relate them on our mission and vision

  3. Make sure attachments are part of the report 48 hours before monthly meeting 

Policy

  1. Legislation updates and staying on top of what changes are coming for the district.

  2. Policy updates each BOE meeting

  3. Utilize Board Committee groups and have a set agenda of meeting

Budget & Planning

  1. Continue to grow and branch out when it comes to setting up our budget. Start the process of moving away from FNBO and using NDE.

  2. Using outside resources to stay on task with budget

  3. Set long term planning goals with board and incorporating those plans within our 1, 3, 5, 10 year plans

  4. Utilize grants when possible

  5. Setting goals as a district and having data to support our plan

Educational Leadership
