Shelby-Rising City Schools Technology Coordinator Matt Carley has been appointed to the Nebraska Educational Technology Association (NETA) Board of Directors. Mr. Carley has served as the Tech Coordinator at S-RC for six years and has played an instrumental role in developing the Districts infrastructure, one-to-one device management, grant funding, managing internal systems, and ensuring that data security is a top priority.
