Congratulations to Ava Larmon for breaking the record for most kills in a season! She broke Macy Stewart's record of 331 set in 2015 and she is still adding to her total.

Attached is the form that should be coming home with your 3rd-6th grade student. There are extra copies in each office as well.


Youth Basketball Team forms are out. Individual forms will be sent home with all students at SRC in grades 3-6. Teams will be organized once those forms are in.

Schedule: Osceola vs. High Plains-4:30, SRC vs. Neb. Luth.-5:30, Losing teams-6:30, Winning teams-7:30



SRC had 3 softball girls get recognition from the SNC Conference. Senior Rylie Carter & sophomore Danica Watts received 2nd team honors. Senior Aubree Siffring received honorable mention. David City's Meagan Jahde was 1st team & Abby Lindsley was 2nd team. Congratulations!




Shout-Out Time!
Our own Mr. Brian Evans presented on behalf of SRC down in Kansas City at the MIDTESOL Conference. The mission of MIDTESOL is to strengthen the effective teaching of English to people whose native language is a language other than English while respecting their individual language rights.
With all the great things that Mr. Evans does for SRC, it was great to see him present to many others around the surrounding states on what we do here! Thank you Mr. Evans for taking time and for participating in this great event!

With winter sports season quickly approaching, we are making our families of student athletes aware of the school’s student accident insurance program.
Students can enroll at any time during the policy period.

Weekly Activities - We have two new events that were not on the calendar. The varsity volleyball team will now play two games on Tuesday night in the consolation of the CRC tourney and our varsity football team will host Elmwood-Murdock Thursday night in the playoffs.

Huskies fall in quarters. Will next play in a consolation quad on Tuesday, Oct. 17 at York College. First game will be against the loser of the BDS/Neb. Luth. Game at 5:30 pm.


Huskies advance to 3 pm game where they will take on Cross County.
