SRC Board Members Recognized at NASB Meeting
Shelby-Rising City Public Schools was well represented at the recent Nebraska Association of School Boards (NASB) Area Membership Meeting by board members Geoffrey Ruth, Joe Noyd, and Chris Whitmore.
A special congratulations goes to Geoffrey Ruth, who received the Level VI Award of Achievement, recognizing his exceptional commitment to board development, leadership, and service to public education. Joe Noyd was also recognized with an NASB Award of Achievement.
We appreciate Chris Whitmore, a 16-year member of the SRC Board of Education, for attending and representing our district alongside Geoffrey and Joe.
We are fortunate to have board members who continue to invest their time in learning, leadership, and service to SRC students, staff, and communities. Congratulations, Geoffrey and Joe!

Here is the bracket for Saturday's Malcolm Volleyball Tournament Invite that will be played at Lincoln Northwest High School. SRC's first game will be at 10:15am vs Malcolm.

SRC is asking the community to please keep dogs out of the track and football field area. Over the last week, dog waste was found three times on the football field. SRC is blessed to have excellent facilities for our students and our community. In order for the area to remain open outside school hours, the facilities need to be treated respectfully.
