Antlers and denim—one of our favorite holiday uniforms! 🦌👖 Day 9 was all about the Tree Topper! We paired our trusty jeans with some festive head gear because comfort is key, even when you're acting as a human ornament!

I wanted to share some awesome news that was shared about our Boys Basketball team that came from another schools' AD:
"Hi!
Currently at the girls basketball game and I’m not sure if we can send a compliment to Shelby- Rising City but I just wanted them to know how awesome it was to see the visiting boys team standing and cheering for our color guard and our little girls during half time. That was so sweet and so cool to see! Kudos to them! :)"
Leading by example and the smallest acts of kindness make a HUGE impact on those around us. Proud of these gentlemen and I look forward to sharing more positives for all of our students as the year continues! Let's keep the positive vibes and actions rolling!

As this 1st semester comes to a close, SRC would like to thank Jaxson Thompson for his leadership as our Student Board Advisor for the 1st semester.
He did a tremendous job with monthly meetings, checking in with the student body, and being prepared with his meeting notes, highlights, and insights for the school board.
We appreciate your time, dedication, and the effort you put into your role!
Next semester we will have Urijah Grant taking over as the next Advisor.
