This afternoon, one of our buses was unfortunately high centered on the side of the country road on soft gravel when trying to make a turn. All of our students and driver were safe and unharmed.
We would like to thank David City Volunteer Fire & Butler County Sheriff for their quick response to check on our students/driver and the situation as a whole. We also like to thank David City Aquinas bus driver being there so we could have kids unload to a safe area when pulling our bus free.
Mr. Tejkl & Mr. Donner were on scene to verify all were safe and could begin to be on the road again.
We appreciate all the calls and texts to make us aware that something had happened. For any other questions or inquiries, please contact Mr. Tejkl at the school. Thank you!
