Final Weekly Activities of the 23-24 School Year!
Summer Strength and Speed schedule! We will begin on Tuesday, May 28th with High School Boys at 6am-7:15am, followed by High School girls at 7am-8:15 am, and finish out with Junior High at 8 am-9 am. High School will run Monday-Thursday and Junior High will run Monday-Wednesday. Reach out to Coach Kubik or Coach Kuhn with any other questions.

The 4x400m team of Ava Larmon, Leah Whitmore, Danica Watts, and Alex Larmon will bring home the bronze medal running a 4:06.7, which is also the school record!
