CRC Boys Conference Tournament
vs. Nebraska Lutheran, 4:30 pm

Tuesday afternoon the boys basketball team plays Nebraska Lutheran at 4:30 in the York Auditorium. The student section theme is HAWAIIAN NIGHT! Come dressed and be loud! Let's help get the boys a win!
Mrs. Segner's Food Science classes have been learning about the Science of Fermentation and last week began making Kimchi. The Korean people serve
this spicy fermented pickled vegetable dish at most meals. Student made this dish using the most common vegetable cabbage. After trying the dish most students said that it was still pretty spicy and salty. Kimchi stays good refrigerated for up to a week so if you would like to try some let us know!
The Jr. High Boys Basketball season concluded last week with an A and a B victory over David City Aquinas. Both teams finished the season with a 6-4 record. Congratulations to all players and coaches on a great season (Team photo not available).
S-RC FFA Members are gearing up for our District Career Development Events on Thursday, January 27th. Our Livestock Judging members had the opportunity this weekend to practice at Burch Livestock LLC, and Ruth Simmentals. Special thank you to Kolby Burch, and Russ and Barb Ruth taking time out of your days to let us come workout at each of your operations. #212 #rollskies
