🏆State Qualifiers🏆
On Friday evening, our Double Dogs Wrestling Club went to York for Districts to compete for their chance to punch their 🎟 to state. Of the 18 that went, we had 15 qualify! Congratulations to all of our wresters and coaches!

Our Shelby-Rising City Schools 5th & 6th grade (with one 4th grader playing up) and ended up in 2nd!! Way to go, Jr. Huskies!!

Adults and children can now borrow 34,000 eBook’s, 25,000 audiobooks, and 3,000 magazines for FREE instantly. Anyone 17 years old or younger must have the consent of their parent/guardian to use the Nebraska Overdrive (libbyapp.com). This subscription is paid by the Shelby Community Library for our public library patrons and SRC students. Parent/guardian must stop by the Shelby Community Library and sign the Signature Sheet.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to check and see what your child is reading. You will get your child’s password so you can see what the child/student is reading on their device.

We can't thank @SONebraska enough for all of the support, love, FREE swag & student supplies! From amazingly inclusive & inspiring books, to the coolest cups for our @srchuskies Grind, to the AWESOME gear that will be used for some activities both during PE & recess!
Blitz Day! Advisories competed in a Word Game competition today. Congratulations to Mrs. Bilstein's Advisory! Over 30 assignments completed in a little under 60 minutes! Great work! Finish the quarter strong!
FFA competed at round 2 of District CDEs today and Aubree Siffring, Collin Vrbka, Rylie Carter, and Alexa Carter qualified for state! They will compete in April! Congratulations! 🐾🐾🐾🐾
National Honor Society Product Drive is Wednesday March 2 and Thursday March 3. Items needed most: boxed potatoes, rice. Other non-perishable items along with laundry and dishwashing products, paper products, and canned goods are always welcome. It is a class competition between K-5 and 6-12 to bring the most items!
