The goal of Connecting Chapters is to increase agricultural literacy awareness, knowledge and appreciation in the schools elementary classrooms and community. As part of this program the chapter has four tasks to complete throughout the school year. In our second task FFA Officers and Ag Members had the opportunity to read "Tales of a Dairy Godmother" to Kindergarten - 2nd grade students. Along with this task the chapter also donated the book to the Shelby Community Library for all students and community members to check out and read!
