Students who want to check out books for the summer need a signed Summer Checkout Permission Form. Starting Thursday, May 8, students will receive notices about any books they still have out. Reminder to return everything in good shape. Two smaller boxes at the bottom: "Questions or Concerns?" directs students to email Ms. Peterson at mpeterson@shelby.esu7.org. "Damaged or Lost Books" explains that damaged or lost books will have a replacement fine so the book can be repurchased.
