Thank you for the flexibility with our bus routes. We will continue with group pick-up/drop off until further notice. We will evaluate each evening. If you dont hear a change, it means we will continue with meeting points.
Drop off times for bus routes this evening:
Dragon = Bank in Rising City (4pm)
Cow = Eagles Bar in Surprise (4:05pm)
Horse = Reg's 7 mile & Pawnee Park (3:50pm & 4:05pm)
Chicken = CANCELED due to no access
Smiley = In town dropoffs only
Tomorrow (1/17) is a regular start & here are the times for group pickup (meeting points remain the same) & (notice Chicken has been added with location):
Dragon = 7:20am
Cow = 7:15am
Horse = 6:50am (7 mile) & 7:10am (Pawnee)
Chicken = 7:20am at Lonestar
Smiley = in town pick-ups normal times.

Bus Route Changes: Due to snow and drifts, we will not be able to pick up those that live on country routes. We will still offer bus services but it will be at a group pick up for our families that live in the country. Those meeting points are below:

Weekly Activities - Busy week and please make sure you pay attention to any game/time changes as we have had many postponements and cancellations.
In addition to no activities on Monday, Jan. 15, due to the late start on Tuesday, there will be no morning activities on Tuesday, Jan. 16.
With no school and no staff day tomorrow, also this means there will be no practices and our Jr. High Basketball games will be cancelled and will NOT be made up.

Although the roads are continuing to improve, there are still a lot of areas that continue to drift over or country roads that are still closed. There are also reports of more wind happening tonight into Monday that can cause more drifting. We will use that time to continue to monitor our heat in our building and clear our parking lots.
With that being said, we will have NO staff day tomorrow (Monday) and will plan on a late start: 10:10am start for Tuesday. Please be safe and we will see you soon.
Our board of education meeting is still a go for tomorrow (Monday) evening at 7pm.

Our heaters are giving everything they can but are struggling to keep up. If anyone has any space heaters that we can borrow to keep rooms warm, to make it through the next few days, we would greatly appreciate it. Mr. Stewart is up there tonight for drop off & will be around tomorrow as well. We do appreciate the assistance.
The dance competition scheduled for Sunday, Jan 14 in Lincoln, has been changed from cancelled to postponed. The competition will now be Sunday, Jan. 21.
